Portland, OR. Adopted in 1970. A Kelly green field quartered by an offset cross of UN blue in the center, edged on either side by white-yellow-white stripes, and a white four-pointed star left center. The intersecting crosses are meant to represent the Columbia and Willamette Rivers.
